Hybrid Traffic Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MEBCOLL handles information when you use the Hybrid Traffic mobile game.

Effective date: September 30, 2026 App: Hybrid Traffic Developer: MEBCOLL Package: com.mebcoll.hybridtraffic

Summary

Hybrid Traffic is intended for users aged 18 and over. The game uses Google Play and Unity services for advertising, in-app purchases, anonymous authentication, cloud save, and optional analytics.

Custom gameplay analytics are off by default and are enabled only if you explicitly turn Analytics on in the game. Advertising consent is handled separately through Google's consent tools where required.

Hybrid Traffic does not request Android permissions for precise or approximate location, camera, microphone, contacts, external storage, or notifications in the current Android release.

1. Who we are

Hybrid Traffic is published by MEBCOLL. This policy applies to the Hybrid Traffic Android application and related game services.

2. Information we may handle

The exact information processed depends on the features you use, your consent choices, your device, and the services made available by Google Play and Unity.

Game progress and economy Level progress, stars, chapter progress, energy, virtual Gold, daily/return reward state, gameplay settings, and other save-state information used to operate the game and restore progress.
Anonymous player identity Hybrid Traffic may use Unity Authentication to create an anonymous technical player identifier so cloud save and recovery features can work without requiring an email/password account.
Purchases and entitlements Product identifiers, purchase status, entitlement state (for example, Remove Ads), and transaction/order information needed to deliver and restore purchases. Payment card details are processed by Google Play and are not provided to MEBCOLL by the game.
Advertising and consent data Google Mobile Ads and Google's consent platform may process advertising identifiers (where permitted), consent choices, device/app information, network information, and advertising interaction data to provide rewarded and interstitial ads.
Optional analytics If you turn Analytics on, the game may send gameplay and progression events such as level start/complete/fail, retries, stars, chapter progression, energy gate activity, rewarded/interstitial activity, store activity, in-app purchase outcomes, return visits, daily rewards, and economy source/sink events. Provider transaction identifiers are hashed before being used in custom analytics telemetry.
Diagnostics and technical data Platform and SDK providers may process crash, performance, device, operating system, app version, network, and diagnostic information needed for stability, fraud prevention, security, and service operation.

Information we do not intentionally request

Hybrid Traffic does not require you to submit your real name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location in order to play the game.

3. How information is used

MEBCOLL does not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

Hybrid Traffic uses third-party platforms that may process information under their own privacy policies and terms:

For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and Unity's Privacy Policy.

5. Your privacy choices

Analytics

Hybrid Traffic's custom analytics collection is disabled by default. You can enable or disable it from the game's Settings menu using the Analytics control.

Advertising privacy choices

Where required, Google UMP presents consent choices for advertising. If Google's privacy options entry point is required for your region, it is made available from the game's Settings menu.

Sound, haptics, and local settings

Preferences such as sound and haptics are controlled in the game and may also be stored locally on your device.

6. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Hybrid Traffic, maintain security and fraud controls, restore purchases or game progress, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

When data is no longer required for the purposes above, we delete it, anonymize it, or allow it to expire according to applicable service and legal requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including platform-provided transport encryption, access controls, limited service credentials, and integrity controls around game saves, purchases, and entitlements. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Request data or account deletion

You may request deletion of Hybrid Traffic data associated with your anonymous player account or cloud save. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a deletion request.

Send a request with the subject "Hybrid Traffic Data Deletion". If available, include your in-game player identifier or other information that helps us locate the correct anonymous account. If you do not have that identifier, contact us and we will explain the minimum information needed to locate your data.

Read the data deletion instructions

Certain records may be retained when required for legitimate reasons such as fraud prevention, security, accounting, purchase restoration, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Where retention is required, we limit the retained data to what is necessary for that purpose.

9. Age and children's privacy

Hybrid Traffic is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the service to solicit personal information from children.

10. International processing

Google, Unity, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable, those providers use contractual, technical, and legal safeguards for international data processing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Hybrid Traffic's features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we make material changes.
