Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of Hybrid Traffic can request deletion of data associated with their use of the game.

Request deletion by email

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line Hybrid Traffic Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant game profile, such as your Hybrid Traffic Player ID or other identifier shown in the app, if available.
  4. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

We may ask for limited additional information only when needed to verify that the request relates to the correct game profile.

Data we can delete

  • Cloud-saved game progression
  • Level completion and star progress
  • Virtual economy state associated with the game profile
  • Anonymous player profile data associated with Hybrid Traffic
  • Other game-service data that MEBCOLL controls and can reasonably associate with the request

Data that may be retained

  • Records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes
  • Purchase records maintained independently by Google Play
  • Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies a user
  • Data retained by third-party service providers under their own legal obligations and retention policies

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period and complete valid requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Some information may remain in backups or legally required records for a limited retention period before final deletion.

Third-party services

Hybrid Traffic uses third-party services such as Google Play services, Google Mobile Ads, and Unity services. Some data may be controlled directly by those providers. Where a request concerns data that MEBCOLL does not control, we may direct you to the relevant provider’s privacy or deletion process.
